Zero Data Retention
ZDR is a route contract—not a marketing badge.
A strict Arc.AI ZDR route must satisfy the gateway, every enabled connector, the selected provider endpoint, training policy, region, fallback path, and disclosed metadata retention.
Gateway payload
No persistent prompt, output, attachment, or tool-result storage
Debug & error logs
Payload excluded
Provider endpoint
Verified contractual or official ZDR support
Training use
Disabled for the selected endpoint
Connectors
Equivalent policy or disabled
Fallback
Only other eligible endpoints; otherwise fail closed
Temporary processing
Only as required to complete the request
Operational metadata
Disclosed separately and retained by policy
Endpoint Privacy Registry
Only verified, unexpired evidence qualifies.
Demo registry data is simulated. Each registry entry records retention, subprocessors, source document, contract, verification and expiry timestamps, and suspension status.
Request contract
Ask explicitly. Get proof or a clear rejection.
The response and Runtime Trace show the actual endpoint, region, policy and evidence versions, connector path, and persistence result.
